Reeve Frosler eager to resolve Kaizer Chiefs contract uncertainty

The 27-year-old joined Amakhosi in 2019 from Bidvest Wits and has gone on to play 158 times.

He was a regular this season under new coach Nasreddine Nabi but is currently nursing an injury sustained against Cape Town City in March.

Frosler's contract with the club expires at the end of the season and he is yet to sign a new deal.

The right back expressed his desire to remain with Chiefs beyond the current campaign.

He said on FARPost: "So yeah, my contract is coming to an end soon. What I can say is that I can't say much about it. [I] just got to see what happens in the next few months in the near future.

"It's been the club I love playing for. It's been up and down, but one thing is that the club is professionally run, and you want to play for this club.

“I don't think there is anyone who doesn't want to play for this club. Whether I get the opportunity to stay here for longer, it would be lovely, and if I don't, I will accept it and just be positive with whatever current deal expiring at the end of the season.”
